What Constitutes returns and refunds

Returns & Refunds will be issued within situations where issues relate to product quality or relevancy.

Refunds will not be issued within the following circumstances:

– Mistakes arisen due to miss quoting based on miss-information provided by the client.

– Issues caused by miss-use, poor maintenance or client error.

Refunds Timeframe

A refund period of 30 days is provided for all products sold by SMA Fabrications. Refunds will not be provided if inquiry is submitted past the 30 day period.

When can you expect your refund?

Upon refund confirmation funds can be expected within 7 – 14 business days. If you have noticed a delay in the transfer of your refund, please reach out via clientservices@smafabrication.com.au to resolve your issue.
